OUR MISSION
Share With The Other LA generates outreach programs and creative media campaigns to inspire LA to help children and families of the working poor who are living in hunger and poverty. More than two million Los Angeles County residents live in serious poverty, with 1.4 million "food insecure" and 600,000 experiencing hunger regularly - a painful, little-known reality. Our organization builds general public awareness of how to help with the massive needs of the poor who constitute the other LA.
